Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Rental Rates and Payment

Standard Rate: The rental rate for our 360 Photo/Video Booth is $375 for a 4-hour session.
Additional Time: Additional hours can be arranged at a rate of $100 per hour, subject to availability.
Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before the event.

2. Cancellation Policy

No Refunds: Please note that all payments are non-refundable. This includes the deposit and any balance paid prior to the event.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 14 days before your event. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of $50 may apply.

3. Service Duration and Overtime

Service Duration: The standard rental period is 4 hours, starting from the agreed-upon setup time. Our team will arrive 1 hour before the event start time to set up.
Overtime: If you wish to extend the rental time during the event, overtime is charged at $100 per hour. Overtime requests are subject to the booth's availability.

4. Setup and Operation

Setup Requirements: We require a minimum space of 10x10 feet with a flat, stable surface and access to a power outlet within 20 feet of the booth location.
Operation: Our professional attendant will be on-site for the entire duration to ensure smooth operation and assist guests.

5. Liability and Damages

Liability: Oh Snap 360 Photo Booth is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by improper use of the booth by guests.
Damages: Any damages to the booth or equipment caused by the client or guests will be the client's responsibility. The client agrees to cover repair or replacement costs.

6. Media and Usage Rights

Content Ownership: All photos and videos taken during the event are the property of the client. However, Oh Snap 360 Photo Booth reserves the right to use any media for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Guest Privacy: We respect the privacy of your guests. If any attendee does not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform our attendant at the start of the event.

7. Force Majeure

Unforeseen Events: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies), Oh Snap 360 Photo Booth reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date or provide a credit for future use.
